Volcanic Rocks
This Hellicar & Lewis project was a wild ride. To launch the collaboration between NikeLab and Riccardo Tisci, the team created a series of hybrid analog/digital installations inside the iconic Village Underground venue in Shoreditch, London.
The sci-fi landscapes of Chris Foss and detached otherworldly images of Jonathan Zawada inspired the concept for the stage and screen. Taking visual cues from the floral patterns of the collection, a significant driver of the aesthetic was the unique performance styles of the three incredible performers by Travis Scott, Boychild, and Kirikoo of NSDOS.
We designed and built the set, programmed the event choreography, created the software, and ran the show on the night with our good friends at Kit & Caboodle.
